On occasion, Rogue may purchase attendance lists at healthcare conferences or trade shows, in which case we ask the conference organizer to disclose only the information concerning individuals who have not opted out from such disclosure by the organizer.   • Name of Organization, Health Canada Drug or Medical Device Establishment License Number
